*Assist the dealers / customers / branches in preparing quotes, proposals and sales documentation.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and branches, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
*Coordinate order processing, from initial order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of their orders.
*Maintain and update sales records, track sales performance, and generate regular reports for management.
