Job Overview
We are looking for a Factory Supervisor who can manage overall factory operations and handle all tasks as required. The candidate must be hands-on, flexible, and ready to take responsibility for everything related to factory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day factory work and operations.
- Supervise labour, production, dispatch, and stock.
- Manage material movement, loading/unloading, and coordination.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the factory and complete any task assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in marble / granite / stone industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage labour and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Ready to work hands-on and take full responsibility.
- Must be comfortable doing all types of factory-related work.
