Role: Delivery Leader
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai & Bangalore
- Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality
- Set up and follow delivery processes and best practices across projects
- Identify project risks early and take action to reduce issues
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Act as a trusted advisor and guide customers on using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform effectively
- Share industry knowledge and best practices with customers
- Manage multiple customer accounts and track delivery performance
- Monitor revenue, margins, and overall project health
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities based on successful project delivery
- Lead, coach, and support delivery teams
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration across delivery, sales, and support teams
- Ensure teams have the right skills and tools to deliver successful outcomes
