Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and position relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and support the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Interact with decision-makers such as CXOs, IT Heads, HR Heads, and Training Heads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle outbound prospecting and cold calling effectively.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and follow-ups.
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Previous Experience in AV Industry is added advantage.
