Job Responsibilities:
● Handle customer calls in a professional manner
● Assist customers with queries, requests, and service-related information
● Provide correct information as per process guidelines
● Maintain customer details and call records properly
● Support customers with basic product or service information
● Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable options when required
● Perform basic sales or upselling activities as per process requirement
● Follow quality, attendance, and process standards
● Coordinate with the team whenever required
Requirements:
● Minimum 12th pass candidates can apply
● Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible
● Average to good communication skills required
● Basic computer knowledge required
● Candidate should be comfortable with voice process work
● Candidate should be willing to handle customer support and basic sales responsibilities
