Job Title: Telecalling Executive / Calling Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Summary:
The Calling Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up with existing clients, explaining products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries received from websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
KPI / KRA
- Number of calls made per day.
- Leads generated per month.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Customer conversion rate.
- Revenue generated from telecalling leads.
- CRM data accuracy.
Salary Range (India)
- Rs. 8000-12000
- For Daachi Thermoware
Additional Responsibilities:
- Call dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Generate inquiries for cookware, thermoware, and kitchenware products.
- Follow up on distributor appointments and bulk orders.
- Maintain dealer database and market feedback reports.
- Support GeM, B2B, and export inquiry follow-ups.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
