Position: General Housekeeping cum Facility Management Trainer
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
REACHA FOUNDATION is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic trainer to conduct Housekeeping and Facility Management training programs along with soft skills development, preparing candidates for employment in hospitality, facility management, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on housekeeping operations and facility management practices.
Train candidates on cleaning standards, workplace safety, hygiene protocols, and equipment handling.
Conduct soft skills sessions covering communication, customer service, teamwork, grooming, and workplace behavior.
Organize practical demonstrations, assessments, and evaluations.
Maintain trainee attendance, records, and training documentation.
Monitor trainee progress and provide regular feedback.
Coordinate with placement and project teams for candidate employment opportunities.
Ensure quality training delivery as per project requirements.
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field.
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping and facility management operations.
Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
