Job Title: Business Development Manager / AGM – Skilling Programs

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive growth across Corporate Partnerships, CSR Projects, Fee-Based Programs, and Government Skilling Initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking capabilities and a deep understanding of the skilling ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities across:
- Corporate Training & Partnerships
- CSR-funded Skill Development Projects
- Fee-based training programs
- Government-funded skilling initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely conversion.
Partnerships & Networking
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with:
- Corporates & Industry Bodies
- CSR Heads & Foundations
- Government Departments & Skill Missions
- NGOs and Community Organizations
- Actively participate in industry forums, events, and networking platforms to expand outreach.
- Build a strong community network to enhance mobilization and program visibility.
Opportunity Identification & Market Intelligence
- Identify emerging opportunities in the skilling ecosystem aligned with industry demand.
- Track government policies, tenders, and CSR trends relevant to skill development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.
Proposal Development & Execution
- Lead end-to-end proposal development including concept notes, budgets, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (academics, operations, finance) to design impactful programs.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals, tenders, and partnership documents.
Program Onboarding & Coordination
- Support the onboarding of new projects and ensure smooth handover to execution teams.
- Maintain coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–10+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in:
- Education / Skilling Sector
- CSR / NGO Partnerships
- Government Projects
- Proven track record of revenue generation and partnerships.
- Strong network with corporates, CSR leaders, and/or government bodies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
