We are looking for a structured, proactive HR cum Admin Executive to drive our talent processes. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, design and implement core HR policies, create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires/articles, and manage client payment follow-ups to ensure timely fee collections.
Key Responsibilities1. HR, Policy Formulation & Onboarding
- Recruitment: Source and hire paid staff.
- Structured Onboarding: Design and manage a seamless orientation process to integrate new hires smoothly into the firm's work culture.
- Policy Creation & Implementation: Draft, update, and implement internal HR policies (such as leave rules, office discipline, attendance, and peak-season compliance timelines).
- HR Operations: Maintain daily attendance/leave records, handle monthly payroll inputs, and issue formal letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, and exit documents).
2. Payment Follow-ups & Billing
- Professional communication with corporate and individual clients via phone and email to track down and recover overdue professional fees.
- Monitor weekly accounts receivable aging reports and provide status updates directly to the Partners.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client invoicing.
3. Office Administration
- Oversee office vendors (courier, internet, printing, housekeeping) and track stationery and pantry inventories.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems securely.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com, BBA, MBA in HR, or any graduate with relevant experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong ability to draft formal guidelines/policies clearly, and a highly polished, polite, yet firm approach on payment calls.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
