We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer communication across calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram while ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Confirmation Calls
- Call customers to confirm COD orders
- Verify address, phone number, and order details
- Reduce fake orders and RTOs
- Maintain proper order confirmation records
2. Cart Abandonment Conversion
- Contact customers who added products to cart but did not complete the purchase
- Assist customers with sizing, styling, pricing, and payment-related queries
- Convert interested leads into successful orders
3. Out for Delivery Calls
- Coordinate with customers when orders are out for delivery
- Ensure customers are available to receive orders
- Reduce delivery failures and customer unreachability
4. RTO / Failed Delivery Follow-Ups
- Contact customers for failed delivery attempts
- Arrange reattempt deliveries where possible
- Resolve customer concerns related to delivery or address issues
- Work towards reducing overall RTO percentage
5. Feedback & Review Calls
- Take post-delivery feedback from customers
- Encourage customers to share reviews, photos, and videos
- Build positive customer relationships and repeat purchase opportunities
6. Instagram & WhatsApp Customer Support
- Reply to customer DMs professionally and quickly
- Handle customer queries related to:
- Product details
- Size guidance
- Shipping timelines
- Exchange/support requests
- Maintain a premium and friendly brand tone while communicating
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident on calls and customer handling
- Basic understanding of Instagram & WhatsApp communication
- Ability to convince and convert customers
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in ecommerce/fashion customer support is preferred
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in fashion/ecommerce brands is a plus
- Comfortable handling customer conversations throughout the day
- Able to work in a fast-growing startup environment

Working Days: Monday-Saturday ( 10AM - 7PM)
Salary: ₹ 20,000-₹ 25,000
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
