Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented business development manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion for our stock broking business. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services, stockbroking, wealth management, or investment products, with strong relationship-building and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Acquire new retail and HNI clients for Demat and trading accounts.
- Promote equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, PMS, AIF, and other investment products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify and appoint Authorized Persons (APs), Sub-Brokers, Franchisees, and Business Partners.
- Coordinate with the Relationship Management team to ensure excellent client service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct investor awareness programs and client meetings.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Work closely with the Compliance, Operations, and Research teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
