Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct lectures, workshops, assessments, and examinations.
- Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
- Assist in providing business consultations.
- Stay updated on market news, trends, prices, and integrate the latest insights into training sessions.
- Conduct smooth and efficient batches: ensure discipline, decorum, attendance tracking, and effective communication.
- Continuously evaluate and improve academic programs through feedback and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for idea generation, campaign feedback, and post-campaign analysis.
- Assist in maintaining the brand’s professional image through technical knowledge and timely content support.
- Liaise with the sales, marketing, and academic teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing academic events, field trips, and alumni engagements.
- Handle basic coordination tasks related to digital operations and student feedback.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, preferably having experience working with analytical tools like Zoho Analytics, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Zoho / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Basic understanding of student handling and academic coordination.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and across teams.
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Experience in the education or jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Dedication to providing quality service and maintaining confidentiality
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (Management/Admin/Education background preferred).
