Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary
Zaron Metal Section Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Palladam. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring metal processing machinery to ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor metal processing machines according to production schedules and operating procedures.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and produce components that meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify machine malfunctions and report issues promptly to the Maintenance or Production Supervisor.
- Measure and inspect finished products using appropriate measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Record production data, machine downtime, and quality inspection results accurately.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following 5S standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and fellow operators to achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing or metal processing machinery is preferred.
- Experience in steel, metal fabrication, or roll forming industries is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read measuring instruments and follow work instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.

Working Conditions
- Manufacturing facility located in Palladam, Tamil Nadu.
- Shift-based work, including overtime when required to meet production demands.
- Compliance with all company safety, quality, and environmental standards is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
