Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client calls regarding orders, inquiries, and complaints
- Provide proper and professional responses to customers
- Coordinate with concerned departments to collect and provide accurate information

- Maintain call records and office documentation
- Handle emails, courier, and basic administrative work
