About the Role
Recruza Alliance is looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both clients and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly hiring and recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
