Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment cycles with a quick turnaround time.
- Source top-tier candidates across various industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, and Legal.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, job portals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet active and future hiring needs.
- Screen, evaluate, and negotiate with candidates to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in US Non-IT staffing.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, screening, and closure skills.
- Work Style: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Important Note: Candidates with only IT recruitment backgrounds will NOT be considered for this specific role.
