Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential & commercial projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to customers.
- Conduct site visits and convert prospects into bookings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of residential apartments/building projects.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
