Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Python DSA Trainer to deliver classroom training on Python programming and Data Structures & Algorithms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching ability, and a passion for mentoring students for coding interviews and career growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teach Python, problem-solving, and DSA concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Prepare training materials, coding tasks, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide performance feedback to learners.
- Help students improve coding logic, debugging skills, and interview readiness.
- Maintain attendance, training reports, and batch progress records.
Eligibility:
- Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Python and DSA training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
