Finseal is building a next-generation trading platform for Indian financial markets — NSE, BSE, and MCX. We are a small, focused team working on technology that will power real trades for real traders across the country. What You Will Work On
You will own the real-time infrastructure layer of the platform:
- WebSocket server managing live connections for concurrent traders
- Service discovery and health monitoring across distributed microservices
- NATS JetStream message bus — publishing and consuming real-time market and order events
- Redis Sentinel HA — connection management, pub/sub, atomic operations
- Prometheus + Grafana — instrumenting services and building observability dashboards
What We Are Looking For
Must have: - Go programming — 0 to 2 years, or strong CS fundamentals with willingness to learn fast - Understanding of WebSocket protocol — connection lifecycle, ping/pong, reconnect logic - Familiarity with any message bus (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis pub/sub) - Redis basics — get/set, pub/sub, TTL - Can explain what code does in plain English — writing clearly matters here
Good to have: - Prometheus / Grafana exposure - Experience with distributed systems or microservices - Interest in financial systems or low-latency applications

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
