We are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our India operations by managing recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
Position Overview
The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting all core HR functions. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian employment laws, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
The successful candidate should be capable of independently handling HR operations and ensuring compliance with applicable Central and Karnataka State labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
2) Human Resources
- Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmations, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support employee relations and resolve HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programmes.
3) Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and Karnataka State regulations.
- Maintain statutory employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave records, attendance, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external consultants and government authorities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience managing recruitment independently.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Required Knowledge

- HRIS certifications (Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
