Executive - HR ( Business Partner Profile)
Location: Royapettah & Velacherry, Chennai
A leading Multiplex Chain in India is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations and drive people initiatives across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring initiatives for frontline associates, customer service staff, and operational roles.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment forecasting, and workforce deployment.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Monitor attrition trends and implement corrective action plans.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights through HR MIS reports.
Qualification
- MBA / MSW / MLM
- 1–3 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, QSR, Multiplex, FMCG, Logistics, or Service Industries.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in managing recruitment drives across multiple locations.
- Exposure to high-volume hiring environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
