About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM or database.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good listening and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales will be an added advantage.
