Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with strong knowledge of logistics operations and courier connectivity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating with courier partners, managing shipments, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day logistics and courier operations.
Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
Handle courier integrations and maintain connectivity with logistics partners.
Track and resolve shipment delays, lost shipments, and delivery-related escalations.
Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and logistics partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier operations, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of courier connectivity and logistics processes.
Experience working with multiple courier partners and shipment management.
Good understanding of order fulfillment, dispatch, and last-mile delivery operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with logistics management software or courier aggregation platforms.
Knowledge of shipment tracking systems and courier APIs is an added advantage.
Experience in e-commerce or third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
