Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Sarjapur–Attibele Road, Bangalore
Vision Quest Real Estate Partners LLP is hiring dynamic sales professionals for a premium residential project in Bangalore. We are looking for disciplined, target-driven individuals who are comfortable with field-based real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and respond to fresh leads promptly
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Convert leads into bookings
- Maintain daily reporting and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closures
Requirements:
- 0–3 years experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Comfortable with field sales and site-based role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 2-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
- Comfortable working Wednesday–Monday (Tuesday weekly off, Sunday working)
- Candidates staying near Electronic City / Sarjapur / Attibele preferred
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive, uncapped per-unit incentives (Average Earning: 20000-100000)
