- Skilled in end-to-end recruitment and policy creation/implementation
- Knowledgeable in labour laws and liaison with statutory bodies (ESI, EPF, IF)
- Experience in training & development and contractor management
- Strong expertise in employee benefits, compensation, grievance handling
- Exposure to 5S implementation, canteen, housekeeping & security services management
- Working knowledge of SAP HR module
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
