Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Civil Engineer & Site Supervisor – Hostel Construction at Sasi Creative School of Architecture and Design
The Civil Engineer & Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our new hostel building. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team-handling skills, and hands-on experience managing on-site construction activities from foundation to finishing.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
· Monitor execution of civil works including foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, plumbing,
· Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain site discipline.
· Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Plan daily and weekly schedules and allocate work to site workers and supervisors.
· Ensure all materials and tools required for construction are available on time.
· Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site logs, and update management on project status.
· Recruit and manage helpers and site labor as required
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
