Position Summary
Mode Retail and Marketing Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who can independently manage HR Operations and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, onboarding, HRMS, and statutory HR coordination while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
· Handle bulk and lateral hiring across retail, corporate, warehouse, factory, and support functions.
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and HRMIS/HRMS data.
· Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
· Monitor attendance, leave records, probation, and employee discipline.
· Support payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and employee documentation.
· Draft HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, appreciation letters, and experience letters.
· Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance review processes.
· Ensure compliance with company HR policies and support statutory HR requirements.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and recruitment MIS.
· Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
Required Skills
· Strong recruitment and HR operations experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
· Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
· MBA/Post Graduate with specialization in HR and Marketing.
· Experience in FMCG is preferred; candidates from other industries with relevant HR exposure may also apply.
· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Experience in both Recruitment and HR
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
