We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamics team.
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Identify and reach out to decision makers (Domestic and International Client’s) such as founders, directors, Vice president and other senior leaders.
- Initiate meaningful business conversation and introduce incube's automation solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the product demos, and maintain strong follow-ups.
- Lead generation as per assigned industry, qualify leads, nurture relationships, and close deals using a solution based selling approach.
- Experiment with creative outreach methods.
- Responsible for conducting outbound calls to clients in both domestic and international markets.

- During the two-month probation period, a stipend of ₹20,000 per month will be provided. Upon successful completion of the probation, the monthly compensation will be revised based on performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates from a recognized university (e.g., Delhi University) or MBA freshers from reputed institutions.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates with a background in sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, Sales Objection handling skills especially in English and Hindi.
