About the Role:
Sarthi EPC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager (Civil) to support the execution and management of Government Infrastructure Projects, including Underground Drainage (UGD), Water Supply, Sewerage Networks, and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience in project execution, billing, planning, and coordination to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overall project execution and site management.
- Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Labour Contractor Bills.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), project reports, professional correspondence, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare quantity calculations, BOQ reconciliation, and material reconciliation.
- Review and prepare AutoCAD drawings, revisions, and As-Built Drawings.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Track project schedules and assist in planning and execution activities.
- Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support timely completion of projects while ensuring compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Civil Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in UGD, Water Supply, STP, Sewerage, or Government Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Professional Letter Formatting (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (Preferred).
- Strong understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and project documentation.
- Good planning, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
- Willingness to work at remote project locations across project sites.
