Job Description
The Technical Lead – NetSuite & Salesforce will lead the design, development, customization, integration, and support of enterprise applications across NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM platforms. The role requires hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to lead a team of developers, drive solution architecture, ensure best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite and Salesforce developers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and administer NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM applications.
- Architect scalable enterprise solutions using NetSuite and Salesforce best practices.
- Develop solutions using SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
- Lead technical discussions, effort estimation, sprint planning, and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Drive application performance optimization, security, compliance, and scalability initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product Management, and Project Managers.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution architecture documents, and deployment procedures.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP customization and development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Expertise in:
SuiteScript 2.0 / SuiteFlow / SuiteBuilder / SuiteAnalytics / SuiteTalk APIs / Apex / SOQL / Lightning Web / Components (LWC) / Visualforce / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
- Strong experience in solution design, technical architecture, and application performance tuning.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.
Leadership Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Experience in task allocation, code reviews, technical mentoring, and performance management.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Experience coordinating with offshore/onshore teams is preferred.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
