You will be a part of the Tech & AI Client Capabilities Network (CCN) Professional Development (PD) team India and support a range of professional development activities and initiatives for a group of colleagues within Tech & AI CCN teams. You will support colleagues across two teams, QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey hub and Digital Tech & Insights.
You will be part of a dynamic PD community dedicated to developing our consultants to reach their full potential across Gurgaon, Bangalore and Chennai locations.
You will be part of a high growth capability and help shape the professional development journey for a group of diverse talent profiles with deep expertise in their areas of focus.
You will work closely with other professional development managers and play a key role in supporting a wide range of professional development-related processes and activities, e.g., staffing, onboarding, reviews, and data reporting for your cells. You will work across multiple internal systems to manage and record critical people data, conduct analysis, regularly update databases and facilitate generation of key professional development and staffing metrics for leadership.
You will build strong relationships with the local and global firm network of professional development colleagues and other functional teams to facilitate timely information sharing, best practice exchange, etc. Lastly, you will consistently deliver on commitments accurately and in a timely manner. Taking end-to-end ownership of the process or a project that will allow you to build lasting and trust-based relationships with your stakeholders.
