About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various marketing and networking activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate property deals and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
