Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 0–02 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Educational Sales, School Solutions, Footwear industries.
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and market development.
Key Responsibilities –
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Generate business from schools.
· Meeting Prospects for Channel Development.
· Conducting School Survey.
· Maintenance of adequate & classifies data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- School Sales Revenue Achievement
- Number of New Schools On boarded
- Concept Presentations (CPs) Conducted
- Order Conversion Ratio
- Customer Retention & Satisfaction
- Distributor/Channel Partner Development
