Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interior Sales Consultant who can combine strong design understanding with excellent sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to interact confidently with clients, understand their requirements, present design solutions, and drive sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and consult with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
- Present and explain design concepts, materials, layouts, and costing to clients.
- Recommend suitable interior solutions based on client requirements and budget.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Actively generate leads through referrals, site visits, and networking.
- Assist in showroom presentation and decoration when required.
- Keep updated on latest interior trends, materials, and market practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of interior decoration and aesthetics.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Any one of the following:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture
- Bachelor of Design (B.Des – Interior Design)
- B.Sc in Interior Designing
- Any relevant degree in interior design or related field
Experience
- Minimum: 2 years
- Maximum: 10+ years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
