We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented business development officer to lead our marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing sales performance, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and business development initiatives.
The candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in creating successful sales strategies, managing teams, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to improve business strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and business growth.
- Develop partnerships and explore new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in IT services / digital marketing / the technology industry will be an added advantage.
