Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Three Phase AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial air conditioning systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and site safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of three-phase air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, electrical panels, compressors, motors, and control circuits.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle wiring, testing, and commissioning of AC units.
- Read electrical drawings and technical diagrams.
- Ensure proper functioning of chillers, ductable ACs, VRV/VRF systems, package units, and split AC systems.
- Maintain service records and submit daily work reports.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during all site operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for timely completion of work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Electrical.
- Experience in handling three-phase AC systems.
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and HVAC servicing.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Basic understanding of tools, gas charging, brazing, and electrical testing instruments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
