Responsibilities
· · Camera system adaptation for automotive
- Supplier technical specification adjustment and progress management
- Test specification adjustment, progress management, and result analysis
- Proactive process improvement initiatives and Progress management of parts product drawings and layout activities
- System Specification adjustment and progress management until specification finalization
- Software Update Process work and progress management
Work Experience
Requirements
- Must Have
- More than 6 years' work experience in the automotive industry Preferably OEM/ Tier 1s
- Engage in holistic project oversight
- Strong understanding of:
Ø Around View Monitor (AVM)
Ø Rear View System(RVC)
Ø Camera-based perception systems
Ø LVDS Video data transmission
- Hands-on experience in: Development, debugging, or validation of AVM systems
- Familiarity with: ECU integration and vehicle-level testing
- Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and communication network
- Experience in performing DRBFM, FTA, FMEA etc.
- Good understanding of Functional Safety – ISO 26262 and other homologation requirements like R10, R79, R89, R13H, GSR etc.
- Quality issue analysis, discussion and status reporting
- Communication with relevant department and Tier1 supplier for technical discussion and alignment
- Solving issues through cross functional communication and cross-cultural teamwork
- Fluent communication with internal/external engineers
- Project Management Support
- Experience working with Japanese OEMs and Tier1s in Automotive domain
Good to Have- Communication experiences with Foreigners
- Japanese – Native Level or JLPT N2 or above
- Detail understanding of Automotive Safety program (Euro NCAP, ASEAN NCAP, IIHC, Global NCAP, Japan NCAP etc.)
- Exposure to: Other ADAS features (ADAS ECU, perception stack)
Ø Experience with: Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
Ø Familiarity with: CAN / CAN-FD / LIN / Automotive Ethernet/UDS (Diagnostics)
Ø Exposure to: ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)/Cybersecurity (ISO 21434 awareness)
- Basic understanding of below points (Any two or more)
・ Functional components required for ADAS
・ System Architecture and Component Diagram for ADAS Components
・ Electrical schematics / Experience of Harness CAD
・ Testing Tools (ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbach etc.)
