Job Description:
We are looking for young dynamic enthusiastic professionals for the role of “Assistant Manager or Business Development Manager (BDM)” with experience in preferably in plastic packaging, caps, closures, or PET preforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, sales of plastic packaging solutions
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and logistics for seamless order execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to formulate strategic sales plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the HO.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote product line.
- Maintain detailed records of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in the region.
- Regular reporting to the HO at Navi Mumbai.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Industry Exposure: Plastics Packaging / Manufacturing / Automobile / Autoancillary
- Education: B. Tech / BE – Any stream, MBA (Marketing / Operations)
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
Other Requirements:
- Willing to travel extensively (15 to 20 days a month)
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs
