Mangal Home Builders (P) Ltd., a Trichy-based real estate firm known for quality-driven construction projects, is hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and result-oriented approach
- Experience in field sales and client engagement
- Proven leadership skills with hands-on experience in client interactions and site visits
- Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with marketing tools and lead generation techniques
