Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control, with experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and hotel construction projects being highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project cost management, BOQ preparation, billing, quantity verification, procurement support, and ensuring effective commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Verify quantities executed at site and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Prepare client bills, contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certifications.
- Review and reconcile material consumption and work quantities.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure effective cost control.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and value engineering proposals.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and consultants.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in tendering and bid analysis.
- Track project variations, change orders, and additional work claims.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, progress reports, and commercial updates.
- Assist in procurement planning and material quantity verification.
- Ensure proper documentation for billing, contracts, and project records.
- Support project planning by monitoring quantities against project schedules.
- Coordinate with the MEP team for quantity verification and commercial reconciliation of building services.Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Experience in contractor billing, client billing, subcontractor billing, and final account preparation.
- Good understanding of RCC works, finishing works, and MEP quantity measurement.
- Knowledge of contracts, tendering, procurement, and commercial management.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, KMBR, and construction specifications.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
