Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Experience Required
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in software, SaaS, fintech, ERP, accounting software, or IT sales will be preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with business owners, Chartered Accountants, and finance professionals to understand their business requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions through online meetings and product demos.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling B2B customers.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Comfortable with online product demonstrations and virtual meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
