HR Recruiter (Restaurant Industry)
Role Summary:
Experienced Senior HR Executive specializing in bulk recruitment, manpower planning, and end-to-end HR operations for multi-outlet restaurant operations with an experience of minimum 4years. Skilled in rapid hiring, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and workforce coordination to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed end-to-end recruitment and staffing for all restaurant roles including Managers, Captains, Stewards, Kitchen Staff, Delivery Executives, and Housekeeping staff
- Handle urgent hiring to meet outlet manpower requirements within deadlines
- Sourced candidates through job portals, walk-ins, consultancies, referrals, and local hiring drives
- Conducted screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
- Organized walk-in interviews and recruitment campaigns
- Built and maintained a strong candidate database/pipeline
- Managed employee documentation, attendance, and leave records
- Coordinated payroll inputs, overtime, and incentives
- Ensured statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws)
- Addressed employee grievances and supported engagement initiatives
- Coordinated with Operations team for manpower planning and smooth outlet functioning
