We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, verifying lead information, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional support across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to verify leads and gather information on customer requirements.
- Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and clear information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in resolving their issues, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive experience.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant teams for further assistance.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring every interaction is courteous, helpful, and solution-oriented.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve support processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address common issues, contributing to enhanced customer support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably with experience in both inbound and outbound calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer support is a plus.
