Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Manage courier and postal services.
Office Coordination
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Follow up with clients and vendors regarding documents and payments.
- Support project teams with administrative requirements.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Documentation
- Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and organize project documents.
- Maintain contract files and project records.
- Update Excel sheets and MIS reports.
HR Support
- Maintain employee records.
- Assist with onboarding documentation.
- Track attendance and leave applications.
- Coordinate interview schedules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
