Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Design Leadership
- Lead the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design of healthcare projects from inception to completion.
- Develop master plans, functional programs, and space planning aligned with clinical workflows and operational requirements.
- Translate client’s medical and operational needs into efficient architectural layouts.
- Guide the integration of medical equipment planning, MEP coordination, and infection control principles.
- Ensure compliance with international and national healthcare design standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, FGI, NBC).
2. Technical Expertise
- Prepare and review GFC drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
- Review medical planning layouts for operational efficiency, patient flow, and staff safety.
3. Project & Team Management
- Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects, planners, and BIM/drafting staff.
- Conduct design review meetings and client presentations.
- Interface with hospital management teams, medical consultants, and end-users for functional inputs.
4. Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Ensure designs meet building codes, healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare documentation for statutory approvals, tenders, and client reports.
- Participate in value engineering and technical audit processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare projects.
- Proven experience in hospital design and planning, from 100-bed to 1000-bed facilities.
- Familiarity with clinical departments such as OT, ICU, Radiology, OPD, Emergency, and Diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows, medical equipment, and infection control design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
