About the Role
MyRx is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Interns to join our growing healthcare operations team. This internship is designed for pharmacy students and graduates who want to gain practical experience in healthcare operations, teleconsultation support, prescription workflows, and client coordination.
This role offers hands-on exposure to digital healthcare operations while working with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day healthcare and operational activities.
- Support prescription and healthcare workflow coordination.
- Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in onboarding and supporting healthcare professionals on digital platforms.
- Monitor operational processes and report issues to the concerned teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
