Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems and hands-on experience with rules engine frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing enterprise-grade applications and integrating business rules into core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/J2EE technologies

Implement business logic using rules engines (such as Drools, Pega, or similar)

Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Hands-on experience with Rules Engine (Drools / Pega / any BRMS)

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services

Good understanding of design patterns and system architecture

Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Mandatory Skills: JAX-RS - Java API- RESTful Web Services .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
