Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Design, update, and maintain the company website.
- Develop and modify web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend technologies.
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and security.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect systems, networks, and company data.
- Configure user accounts, email systems, antivirus software, and data backups.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and website-related issues.
- Support ERP, Tally, biometric attendance systems, and other business applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and technology vendors.
- Provide technical support to all departments.
Required Skills
- Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting

- Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi)
- Cyber Security fundamentals (Firewall, Antivirus, Endpoint Security, Data Backup)
- Website Design & Maintenance
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of PHP/Python or other programming languages
- Basic SQL and database concepts
- Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Qualification
- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) – Mandatory
- Only B.Tech (CSE) candidates are eligible to apply.
Experience
- 0–2 Years (Freshers with relevant technical skills are welcome.)
Pay: ₹10,196.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month
