About us
We're a small team - two founders building content and experiences around emotional intelligence for social media, universities, and corporates. There's a lot ahead of us (workshops and a full curriculum are on the horizon), and right now there's a lot on our plate. We're looking for someone to help us carry it, grow with us, and shape something meaningful from the ground up.
The role
We're looking to hire a self-driven, passionate intern who has the ability to lead our social media platforms. You will play a significant role in the growth of our brand presence and have the opportunity to see your vision come to life. This is a hands-on role from day one - you won't be fetching coffee or waiting for instructions. You'll be trusted to take an idea, run with it, and own the outcome.
Who we're looking for
You're someone who practically lives on social media - you understand what makes content land, what makes people stop scrolling, and how a brand earns trust online. More than any specific skillset, we're looking for will: the kind of person who needs a direction, not a checklist, and who holds themselves accountable to deliver. If you're someone who's ready to pour the next several months wholeheartedly into building something you can be proud of, we'd love to meet you.
Skills we'd love to see
These aren't dealbreakers - we care far more about your will and willingness to learn but they'll help you hit the ground running:
- A native feel for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads) and a sense of what makes content resonate on each
- Strong writing and storytelling instincts, you can take an idea and give it a voice
- Comfort with creating content: script writing, shooting, editing, and putting together posts, reels, or short videos (or the eagerness to learn fast)
- Familiarity with basic design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- An eye for what's trending and the curiosity to keep up with a fast-moving space
- An interest in emotional intelligence, human behaviour, and meaningful storytelling since that's the heart of what we create

- A paid internship for a period of 6 months
- Tremendous learning on how to execute effectively in a start-up environment, with guided mentorship from Founders who have built and led other successful start-ups before
