Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gandhinagar. The primary responsibility is to analyse governance and business processes, elicit and define functional requirements, provide actionable deliverables to the developer and QA team that can undertake development work and ensure a successful client delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions, optimise processes, and support strategic decision-making. It also includes documentation, data interpretation, and effective communication to ensure alignment with organisational goals, along with supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for client buy-in to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and validate business needs
- Gather, document, and communicate clear and actionable functional requirements
- Analyse governance and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Document workflows, process maps, and functional specifications
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and management
- Translate stakeholder discussions into actionable reports and deliverables
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams
- Support data interpretation and reporting for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT Consultant / Digital Transformation Consultant
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to gather and define business and functional requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint / Canva / Google Slides
- Good understanding of business processes, web platforms, databases, and system infrastructure
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Close attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments
- The ability to speak, read and write Gujarati is a big advantage
